Six-port, chrome-plated brass barstock, dual stage cylinder regulator for ultra-high purity inert gas applications
The CONCOA 411 Series regulator provides primary pressure control for
non-corrosive, ultra-high purity, or liquified gases in applications
requiring constant pressure control and delivery regardless of supply
pressure variation. Two stages of pressure regulation minimize pressure
variation arising from inlet pressure changes, such as the depletion of
the supply cylinder. Available with a variety of options installed at
the factory, the CONCOA 411 Series regulator may be configured as a
single station manifold with or without purge, low-pressure alarm, or
multiple inlets.
