Four-port, SilcoNert® 2000, single stage line regulator for reactive analytical applications
The CONCOA 420 Series SilcoNert 2000 treated line regulator provides primary or
secondary pressure regulation of reactive or corrosive calibration
mixtures or pure gases in applications requiring an extremely inert
wetted finish and stable delivery pressure regardless of inlet pressure.
The proprietary, non-reactive amorphous Silicon CVD finish is
significantly more inert and hydrophobic than 316L stainless steel,
which makes it ideally suited for hydrogen sulfide, reduced sulfur,
mercury, and or nitric oxide in ppm or ppb concentrations. In a
four-port configuration, the 420 Series line regulator provides
secondary pressure control for ultra-high purity, inert gases, or
point-of-use pressure control in high purity gas distribution systems.
