Six-port, single stage, stainless steel cylinder regulator for ultra-high purity gas applications
The CONCOA 422 Series regulator provides primary pressure control for ultra-high purity gases, including corrosive and toxic gases. Due to the pressure rise associated with high pressure cylinder depletion, CONCOA recommends single stage regulators for primary pressure control of cylinders filled under 500 PSIG (34 BAR) and in applications where minor fluctuations in outlet pressure due to diminishing inlet supply can be tolerated, or where inlet pressure is constant. Available with a variety of options installed at the factory, the 422 Series regulator may be configured as a single station manifold with or without purge, low-pressure alarm, or multiple inlets.
